The house design ensures that, after packaging and transportation, minimal construction waste is generated at the client’s site, aside from the packaging materials. The design and production process also maximizes the use of space while minimizing the transportation volume. Additionally, the stable structure of our products allows them to withstand earthquakes and typhoons. The main structure of our house walls consists of steel and cement boards, with rock wool used as insulation and soundproofing material in between. The primary structure of the house is made of fire-resistant materials, with the walls serving as firewalls and the cement boards being Class A fire-rated, ensuring safety and protection.
